Our Story
The idea for this service came after we tried (and failed) to secure permits for the Jatbula Trail in the Northern Territory, which sold out in seconds. What followed was chaos: people endlessly refreshing booking pages, forums and social media pages filled with desperate requests for permits.
This is not an isolated incident - it occurs regularly for hundreds of bookings across Australia. Unfortunately, some of our friends have even been scammed by people trying to sell "black market" bookings for popular campsites and trails.
This didn't sit right with us.
There had to be a better, fairer way to access cancellations — without resorting to constantly refreshing the booking page or dodgy resales.
So we built a service that simply keeps watch for you and notifies you the moment a legitimate booking becomes available, sending you straight to the booking page. No middlemen. No mark-ups. No scams.
